Angela Paul, Youth Therapist
When the stressors of life are overwhelming, sometimes it is hard to identify with words all that you are thinking or feeling. When we don’t feel like ourselves, we feel ‘off’. Art is an alternative way to communicate feelings and thoughts. It helps us gain insight and knowledge to initiate change, growth, and ultimately healing. Art is a very powerful tool for all ages and issues. It is rewarding to watch how well it works. I specialize in working with adolescents and children. Adults who find traditional therapy hasn’t been beneficial are welcome to try this unique approach with me.
My areas of expertise:
Personal Information: My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have an 8 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. Before children, we loved riding our motorcycle, now (keeping on the safer side) we enjoy playing tennis and golf and love to hike. I have also found the joy of roller skating once again due to my kids. We also enjoy our 2 dogs, 3 cats and our new pony. We have no problems staying busy, and sometimes have to remind ourselves to slow things down!
