I have been in the counseling field since 1997. I truly enjoy my work because I believe that people can change. If you are struggling with any aspect of your life, know that you can be helped by counseling. Feeling comfortable with yourself is the first step toward a happy and satisfying life. Having an objective person assist you in recognizing unhealthy perceptions can literally change everything. I enjoy being that person and have had positive feedback from those I’ve helped. Personal Notes: I have been married to my husband Mitch since 1990. We have two adult daughters and five grandchildren. We are a blended family with varied personalities making for challenges and surprises.
